Abbott Land and Investment Corp. was formed in 1984 as the successor organization of Patrick-Rhea Realty and Abbott Contractors, Inc. Our work includes nearly every facet of development, general construction, leasing, and property management.  We have developed expertise in solving the more complex issues in real estate development such as environmental remediation, wetland/flood plain issues, and complex zoning procedures.  We also work closely with owners and investors in the implementation of tax strategies and estate planning.

Our firm also specializes in the reclamation and development of sand and gravel operations of our affiliate, Bluff City Materials.  We have successfully reclaimed and developed sand and gravel locations into residential subdivisions, municipal parks, schools and commercial/industrial parks.
