Abbott Land is combining Auto Truck's Bensenville and Aurora operations into a new
103,000 square foot building and 10 acre storage yard in Bartlett. Access to the adjacent EJ&E Railway opens
up new market potential for Auto Truck, both in shipping of product to end users, as well
as testing of vehicles that run on rail tracks. Auto Truck performs a variety of functions
related to trucks and vehicles, essentially "accessorizing" those vehicles. For example,
they install plows on trucks, convert vehicles to run on rail tracks, and modify military vehicles. |
