Abbott Land assisted Electro Wire in its acquisition of a 104,000 square foot building in Schaumburg. In 90 days Abott complete a $2.5 million renovation, which included 16,000 SF of new offices, complete restoration of warehouse areas, and the removal and replacement of all parking areas.
